Sarah Palmer: I have served three terms as a Director of Zone 7 Water Agency, 4 times as President. Current committees: Water Quality, Liaison, Ad hoc Board Policy review. Past Board Activities:, Finance Committee, Administrative Committee, Liaison Committee, Water Resources Committee, ad hoc Delta Committee, Tri-Valley Utility Coordination ad hoc Committee. I also now serve on the ACWA Region 5 Board and am on the ACWA Committees of 1) Water Management, 2) Water Quality and 3) Agriculture.
