Outlines some pros and cons on the proposed WaterFix and gives some good perspective on alternatives and effects on EcoRestore.
The past years of drought have brought the issues of water management and availability in California to a head. We have key decisions ahead of us that will not always be comfortable. The California WaterFix and EcoRestore are issues we face now. Erosion and flood control have personally and dramatically affected many of the homeowners and agencies in our valley.

I have been deeply involved in the public health, reliability, and sustainable environmental concerns of our Agency.  I bring you experience and in depth knowledge of our watershed issues and will be happy to discuss them with you.

Zone 7 is a water wholesaler to the municipalities and agencies that serve them, and also provides untreated water to our vital agricultural interests.

It is crucial to work with our valley's other agencies to develop programs that keep the public interests in the forefront as we face the realities of both water scarcity and surplus.  I continue to help build these cooperative relationships which will ensure maintenance of our healthy and enjoyable lifestyles in the most cost effective manner possible.
